Here's a quick thing I did today as a card for my.. well.. own personal Grumpy Bugger at home.

Sketchbooks...


Okay... It's official. Sketchbooks are wasted on me! I buy lovely looking, super quality, heavy weight page sketchbooks, and then..: They make me nervous. They are just too lovely to draw in. I look at that super quality, clean page staring up at me, and then.. A complete state of performance anxiety hits me!! This page is so gorgeous, so clean, that this drawing just has to be the most amazing masterpiece of art known to mankind ... And then... due to said anxiety, I choose to doodle on normal dull print paper, Post Its or backs of envelopes, and then suddenly.. everything flows much more easily. Thus; my house is filled with doodles on all sorts of pieces of paper, and I've now finally gotten around to scanning loads of them, and decided to post them here for the world of Bloggers to see. Here's the first lot:
